7 CONTINENTS IN 7 DAYS
THE GREAT WORLD RACE
In November 2026, I’ll be taking part in The Great World Race – a once-in-a-lifetime endurance challenge where athletes run seven marathons on seven continents in seven days. From the frozen plains of Antarctica to the streets in the Miami heat, the race pushes human and logistical limits like few others. It’s not just about running. It’s about connection, resilience, and proving what’s possible when we dream big.

MY MISSION
Running has always been my way to explore the world and test my own limits. This year, I’m chasing something far beyond a finish line.
I am planning to document and capture the whole year leading in, and the 7 days around the world. Taking you along the journey with me, the highs and lows and everything in between. Throughout, I’m also going to be exploring the mental and physical side of moving on from Professional sport to what next, as well as recovering from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and taking back control over my story. I will be having conversations with athletes from across sports and endurance to learn how they train, fuel and recover and along with a documentary series, publishing a substack blog and podcast to share these stories and learnings.
This year, I’m chasing something far beyond a finish line. I'm incredibly excited to be partnering with LIVE BOLD for this challenge. LIVE BOLD is more than a brand — it’s a movement rooted in courage, purpose, and rewriting your story through relentless belief.
LIVE BOLD
Founded by Latifah Olah, an endurance athlete, Ironman finisher, and the first African American woman to win an Ironman-branded event, LIVE BOLD exists to inspire people to step into their power, chase audacious goals, and live life with intention and heart.
As we support this incredible 7-Marathon journey, the mission is to use the LIVE BOLD platform to amplify awareness, uplift community, and open doors for athletes—especially those who’ve never seen themselves represented in these spaces. This year, we're focused on building meaningful partnerships that align with purpose, impact, and shared values. Together, we can elevate the LIVE BOLD mission, empower more athletes, and expand what’s possible when people choose to live boldly.

RUNNING RESPONSIBLY: SUSTAINABILITY
t's not hiding that this challenge has an impact on the environment, and having been involved in several sustainability projects as well as part of British Triathlon Sustainability Commission, I'm incredibly conscious that this is something I want to address, and try to initiate some work or projects address this area and making a positive impact instead.
The Great World Race is an EcoCommitted event.
The Antarctica run is at Wolf's Fang runway, and supported by White Desert logistic company. Their goal is to create a positive impact on Antarctica's future, and do so through a number of endeavours including setting science-based targets in line with the Paris Agreement and the UK goal "Net Zero by 2050". They have been carbon neutral since 2007 and are the first Antarctica operator to trial Sustainable Aviation fuel on the 7th continent. White Desert is committed to the protection of the environment in Antarctica. They take steps to reduce the environmental footprint, protect Antarctic wildlife and landscape, and respect and support Antarctic science; the intrinsic values of Antarctica. The camp is designed to be temporary and can be dismantled without a footprint in Antarctica.
